London’s newest aparthotel is inspired by the brilliant Oscar Wilde. This brand-new 249-room aparthotel offers a range of design-led studio and one bedroom apartments, all of which deliver the award-winning Staycity blend of home and hotel, but with lashings of Wilde’s signature style..
This means the usual combination of home comforts such as fully equipped kitchens and hotel services such as 24-hour reception, but with the addition of superior interior finishes including natural timber flooring, bespoke joinery, crafts, artwork and soft furnishings, 43-inch smart TVs, appliances from high end brands such as Smeg and Nespresso, as well as luxuriant Hypnos mattresses and Grohe rainfall showers.
This aparthotel also boasts a bar serving a wide range of drinks, a breakfast station, a fitness room with a range of cardio equipment and weights and a super convenient location in Paddington.

The former Ace Hotel London on Shoreditch High Street reopened as One Hundred Shoreditch. The hotel has 58 bedrooms and suites, six restaurants and bars, plus five meeting and event spaces.
Guests can keep on track with their wellness journey during their time at One Hundred Shoreditch by finding a local green space to unwind, or stay active by using the Peloton Studio. Located on the lower level of the hotel, the studio is equipped with 5 Peloton Bikes including access to classes and instructors.

The Twenty Two

Located on Grosvenor Square, this 42,500 sq. ft Edwardian manor is a Westside hideaway for the creative and the curious, housing 31 bedrooms and suites, including a mews house, as well as an all-day neighborhood restaurant and private members’ club.
With a nod to 18th-century French decor, there are custom-made four poster and canopy beds, draped with luxurious Egyptian cotton linens. Rich silks and lavish velvets dress furniture and furnishings, while colour and pattern run ravishingly riot. All are balanced with the most modern of conveniences.

The Hotel AMANO Covent Garden is the first international hotel from Berlin-based hotelier, AMANO Group. Located in the heart of Covent Garden, the hotel is close to some of the capital’s best theatres, boutiques, restaurants and pubs.

Limehouse Library Hotel, in Tower Hamlets, which has opened on the site of a former library that dates back to 1900s. The Limehouse Library has been reborn as a luxury hotel, but one that pays homage to its history.

These famous personalities from the worlds of politics and the arts, of literature, science and philosophy, are waiting to captivate you with their stories. Hilton Hotels has launched a new concept called Lost Property in the London neighborhood of St Paul’s. It has 145 rooms, each featuring marble bathrooms and an industrial-chic aesthetic which nods to the property’s urban surroundings.
Lost Property is just 100 meters from St Paul’s Cathedral. Guests can walk 15 minutes across the Millennium Bridge to visit Tate Modern Art Gallery, Shakespeare’s Globe theater, Bankside Gallery, and more. The hotel’s on-site restaurant, bar, and coffee house offer delicious meals and snacks throughout the day.

The Other House South Kensington, a new concept from The Other House lifestyle brand bringing a hotel, members’ club and private residences together into what they’re calling a residents’ club, catering for both long and short stays.

Accor’s Tribe London Canary Wharf is located on Water Street, around five minutes’ walk from Canary Wharf Underground station. TRIBE is a new type of hotel, with design driven spaces, but functional: a place to work, eat, drink, chill and socialize, it is a hotel made for modern travelers.
TRIBE London Canary Wharf has 320 rooms set across six floors. Sun Street is a brand new 5-star hotel on the borderline of Shoreditch and the City of London.
There are 41 bedrooms at Sun Street Hotel. All bedrooms, including the 26 entry-level King bedrooms, have King-size beds as minimum, Oxford pillows and 300 thread-count cotton sheets, illy coffee-machines and single-estate teas, air-conditioning and TVs. art’otel London Battersea Power Station
Opening: Late 2022
Set to open late 2022, our first UK hotel is located in the iconic new Battersea Power Station neighborhood in London, with show-stopping skyline floors, an infinity rooftop pool overlooking the infamous Power Station chimneys, and JOIA, a new destination restaurant and bar.
2023 London Hotel Openings
Raffles London at The OWO
Opening Date: Spring 2023
Set to open in spring 2023, Raffles London at The OWO and The OWO Residences by Raffles will be the brand’s first opening in London.
The hotel stands on the corner of Whitehall and Horse Guards Avenue. Whitehall, the most majestic of thoroughfares, takes its name from the royal palace that once stood here and The Queen’s Life Guards still stand guard opposite the hotel every day.
The hotel’s 120 rooms and suites are designed by Thierry Despont. The 85 Raffles branded residences, designed by 1508 London, will offer a complete range of Raffles services – from in-suite dining, to housekeeping and laundry, to private events.
Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London
Opening Date: Spring 2023
Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London is the latest hotel to join the Group’s acclaimed collection of award-winning properties and will offer a unique taste of urban luxury in the heart of London. Situated on Hanover Square, Mayfair’s oldest square, recently re-born, the hotel will provide a calming, discreet sanctuary for hotel guests while delivering a contemporary and vibrant atmosphere in the public spaces where the Mayfair community – a crossroads for the world of fashion, media, art and business – will gather to experience the brand’s legendary service.
Six Senses London
Opening Date: 2023
Six Senses London will open with 110 guest rooms and suites and 14 branded residences offering access to the hotel’s facilities and all the privileges that come with a Six Senses home, including bespoke interior design, concierge service, dining, housekeeping, and wellness programming. There’s a cozy lobby bar and lounge (for talking to friends or the plants), an all-day dining restaurant with an open kitchen, and a seating area in the courtyard.
In a space reminiscent of an old-fashioned London underground station, Six Senses Spa will mirror the different energies of the city life, from the sensory stimulation and movement of the street to the stillness and calm of a quiet café or park. Highlights include 3,500 square feet (325 square meters) dedicated to fitness, a 65-foot (20-meter) indoor swimming pool, the Alchemy Bar, and a relaxation room with vaulted ceilings. On the second floor, residents and members will access a new kind of social and wellness club featuring a central bar and lounge, coworking spaces, a restaurant, and wellness and treatment rooms. It will offer pioneering programming to encourage growth, reflection and reconnection.
St. Regis London
Opening Date: 2023
The existing Westbury Mayfair Hotel will be rebranded as a St. Regis after an extensive $122 million redevelopment. The hotel is expected to open with 196 elegant rooms and suites.
The hotel will feature a signature restaurant, speakeasy jazz bar, fitness center, and spa.
Hyde Paradox Hotel London City
Opening Date: 2023
Built in 1874. Reborn in 2023. Hyde Paradox Hotel London City is coming soon to the site of the historic Spiers & Pond Hotel. This lavish seven-storey, 110-room property at 15 Old Bailey draws upon a rich and storied past to create a luxurious, bespoke hideaway in the heart of the city.
Upon opening, the seven-story hotel will feature 110 guest rooms, meeting rooms, and two full-service restaurants along with a speakeasy bar; each perfectly curated by Hyde Hotels.
Locke Kensington
Opening Date: June 2023
Situated on the historic Cromwell Road, the hotel is in a neighborhood rich with cultural diversions and is within walking distance of some of London’s most famous museums, including the Design Museum, the Victoria & Albert, and the Natural History Museum.
It is an aparthotel that will comprise 121 apartments, ranging from studios to one- and two-bed open-plan living spaces. The lobby and common areas will be complemented by a bar, restaurant, co-working space, meeting areas, and private gardens.
