Wilde Aparthotels London Paddington

Opening Date: February 2022

London’s newest aparthotel is inspired by the brilliant Oscar Wilde. This brand-new 249-room aparthotel offers a range of design-led studio and one bedroom apartments, all of which deliver the award-winning Staycity blend of home and hotel, but with lashings of Wilde’s signature style..

This means the usual combination of home comforts such as fully equipped kitchens and hotel services such as 24-hour reception, but with the addition of superior interior finishes including natural timber flooring, bespoke joinery, crafts, artwork and soft furnishings, 43-inch smart TVs, appliances from high end brands such as Smeg and Nespresso, as well as luxuriant Hypnos mattresses and Grohe rainfall showers.

This aparthotel also boasts a bar serving a wide range of drinks, a breakfast station, a fitness room with a range of cardio equipment and weights and a super convenient location in Paddington.


 One Hundred Shoreditch

Opening Date: March 2022

The former Ace Hotel London on Shoreditch High Street reopened as One Hundred Shoreditch. The hotel has 58 bedrooms and suites, six restaurants and bars, plus five meeting and event spaces.

Guests can keep on track with their wellness journey during their time at One Hundred Shoreditch by finding a local green space to unwind, or stay active by using the Peloton Studio. Located on the lower level of the hotel, the studio is equipped with 5 Peloton Bikes including access to classes and instructors.


 Hyatt London Stratford hotels

Opening Date: April 2022

The 225-room Hyatt Regency London Stratford and the 127-room Hyatt House London Stratford opened in the heart of London’s luxury shopping and popular entertainment complex, Westfield Stratford City.

The Henry, a 102-key hotel close to Hyde Park in Bayswater is opened in April 2022. The hotel’s Victorian-era exterior features grand pillars and charming balustrades. Inside, you’ll find modern design, pops of color, and sleek marble bathrooms.

Opening Date: April 2022

Surrounded by contemporary skyscrapers, Georgian architecture, and green squares, The Voyage is open to every traveler. In the heart of Paddington, this quaint rowhouse is full of charm. It has 53 rooms.

Guest rooms include a coffee machine, smart TV with Netflix streaming, and a gorgeous marble bathroom. There are global cuisine options throughout the neighborhood, like the Malaysian dishes at Bonda Kitchen.


Chateau Denmark

Opening Date: April 2022

Inspired by Denmark Street’s rare hustle, Chateau Denmark brings together creative expression and architectural detail to present something fierce. Across 16 buildings, session rooms and apartments capture a spirited independence in a neighbourhood steeped in cultural heritage.

You can stay at one of the 55 rooms and apartments in London, set along a street where the Sex Pistols once lived, the Stones recorded and Bowie and Hendrix all hung out.

Tattu offers contemporary Chinese cuisine, fusing traditional flavours with modern cooking methods and exquisite presentation to create a unique and exciting dining experience. Sitting at the top of The Now Building, Tattu London is the brand’s first location in the capital.

Located in Bayswater, Inhabit Queen’s Garden is designed with both the wellbeing of its guests and the planet in mind.

Inhabit Queen’s Gardens contains 159 guest rooms, along with guest facilities that include a ground floor cafe and bar, a lounge, a library workspace and fitness studios.

Peaceful communal areas include a noise-free library, stocked with inspiring reads, and a subterranean wellness centre, Inhale at Inhabit, offering Gaia treatments. Yotel London Shoreditch

Opening Date: April 2022

Located on Grosvenor Square, this 42,500 sq. ft Edwardian manor is a Westside hideaway for the creative and the curious, housing 31 bedrooms and suites, including a mews house, as well as an all-day neighborhood restaurant and private members’ club.

With a nod to 18th-century French decor, there are custom-made four poster and canopy beds, draped with luxurious Egyptian cotton linens. Rich silks and lavish velvets dress furniture and furnishings, while colour and pattern run ravishingly riot. All are balanced with the most modern of conveniences.

AMANO Covent Garden

Opening Date: May 2022

The Hotel AMANO Covent Garden is the first international hotel from Berlin-based hotelier, AMANO Group. Located in the heart of Covent Garden, the hotel is close to some of the capital’s best theatres, boutiques, restaurants and pubs.

Transformed from a 1980’s office building known as Drury House, the new 141-room property features incredible city views from the hotel’s spacious rooftop terrace and a basement bar that offers a moodier ambience with a large feature bar and fireplace.


Limehouse Library Hotel

Opening Date: June 2022

Limehouse Library Hotel, in Tower Hamlets, which has opened on the site of a former library that dates back to 1900s. The Limehouse Library has been reborn as a luxury hotel, but one that pays homage to its history.

Each of the hotel’s 75 rooms has been named after a notable figure from history, and is completely unique. These famous personalities from the worlds of politics and the arts, of literature, science and philosophy, are waiting to captivate you with their stories. They have inspired every detail, from bed to bathroom to custom-made furniture and fittings.

A unique opportunity to learn about flavour in all its guises also arrives with the Limehouse Library Hotel, which has partnered with Docklands Academy London to offer an internationally recognised Culinary Arts Programme.

Asian based hotel company Dorsett Hospitality International opened the doors of the new Dao by Dorsett West London and welcomes guests to a unique serviced apartment concept in the heart of Shepherds Bush.

Lost Property StPauls London

Hilton Hotels has launched a new concept called Lost Property in the London neighborhood of St Paul’s. It has 145 rooms, each featuring marble bathrooms and an industrial-chic aesthetic which nods to the property’s urban surroundings.

Lost Property is just 100 meters from St Paul’s Cathedral. Guests can walk 15 minutes across the Millennium Bridge to visit Tate Modern Art Gallery, Shakespeare’s Globe theater, Bankside Gallery, and more. The hotel’s on-site restaurant, bar, and coffee house offer delicious meals and snacks throughout the day.


Other House South Kensington

Opening Date: July 2022

The Other House South Kensington, a new concept from The Other House lifestyle brand bringing a hotel, members’ club and private residences together into what they’re calling a residents’ club, catering for both long and short stays.

The South Kensington site spans 11 historic townhouses, previously home to Harrington Hall Hotel, on Harrington Gardens. These newly transformed townhouses are now home to a collection of one- to three-bedroom Club Flats complete with kitchen and living areas, public spaces including destination bar The Owl & Monkey, all-day café The Other Kitchen.

Residents and members have exclusive access to The Other Space, its wellbeing and fitness retreat. With a vitality pool, sauna, steam room, meditation and yoga studio, and Wellbeing Guides, this is the perfect place to relax and restore. Or for a change of pace, try the state-of-the-art gym.

citizenM London Victoria Station located on Vauxhall Bridge Road has 226 rooms. All of its rooms are the same – 14 sq m, all with one XL king-size bed to share, ideal for 2 adults.

It has 24/7 guest service, food & drinks. The hotel has a canteenM bar and offers buffet breakfast.


TRIBE London Canary Wharf

Opening Date: August 2022

Accor’s Tribe London Canary Wharf is located on Water Street, around five minutes’ walk from Canary Wharf Underground station. TRIBE is a new type of hotel, with design driven spaces, but functional: a place to work, eat, drink, chill and socialize, it is a hotel made for modern travelers.

TRIBE London Canary Wharf has 320 rooms set across six floors. They are split into three types: TRIBE Comfort – a smaller, well-designed 14sqm space with city views; TRIBE Comfort Atrium – a quiet and cosy, comfortable 14sqm room overlooking the hotel’s atrium; and TRIBE Comfort XL – a spacious 21sqm corner room overlooking Wood Wharf.

Each room benefits from natural daylight, floor to ceiling windows, king-size beds, complimentary high-speed WIFI, stylish yet functional interiors with desks, and well-equipped bathrooms with rainfall showers.

Sun Street Hotel

Sun Street is a brand new 5-star hotel on the borderline of Shoreditch and the City of London.

There are 41 bedrooms at Sun Street Hotel. All bedrooms, including the 26 entry-level King bedrooms, have King-size beds as minimum, Oxford pillows and 300 thread-count cotton sheets, illy coffee-machines and single-estate teas, air-conditioning and TVs. There is twice-daily maid service. There are Penhaligon’s toiletries in the stunningly finished, modern bathrooms with walk-in drench showers and vividly-coloured glazed-brick tiling.

The ‘public’ area of the Hotel is a labyrinth of rooms including the Club Room, Library, Bar at Sun Street and the Orangery, and there is also a first-floor Sun Terrace where you can take drinks and light lunches.

No single area, other than the Restaurant at Sun Street, accommodates more than about 20 people, and so you can enjoy a drink, a cocktail and convivial moments with your family, friends or colleagues. Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is located in the historic Square Mile, directly outside Blackfriars station, and is a short stroll from St. Paul’s Cathedral, the Tate Modern and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. The Grade II-listed five-star hotel is steeped in regal history, residing on the former grounds of King Henry VIII’s Bridewell Palace.

Raffles London at The OWO

Raffles London at The OWO

Opening Date: Spring 2023

Set to open in spring 2023, Raffles London at The OWO and The OWO Residences by Raffles will be the brand’s first opening in London. 

The hotel stands on the corner of Whitehall and Horse Guards Avenue. Whitehall, the most majestic of thoroughfares, takes its name from the royal palace that once stood here and The Queen’s Life Guards still stand guard opposite the hotel every day.

The hotel’s 120 rooms and suites are designed by Thierry Despont. The 85 Raffles branded residences, designed by 1508 London, will offer a complete range of Raffles services – from in-suite dining, to housekeeping and laundry, to private events.

Six Senses London will open with 110 guest rooms and suites and 14 branded residences offering access to the hotel’s facilities and all the privileges that come with a Six Senses home, including bespoke interior design, concierge service, dining, housekeeping, and wellness programming. There’s a cozy lobby bar and lounge (for talking to friends or the plants), an all-day dining restaurant with an open kitchen, and a seating area in the courtyard.

In a space reminiscent of an old-fashioned London underground station, Six Senses Spa will mirror the different energies of the city life, from the sensory stimulation and movement of the street to the stillness and calm of a quiet café or park. Highlights include 3,500 square feet (325 square meters) dedicated to fitness, a 65-foot (20-meter) indoor swimming pool, the Alchemy Bar, and a relaxation room with vaulted ceilings. On the second floor, residents and members will access a new kind of social and wellness club featuring a central bar and lounge, coworking spaces, a restaurant, and wellness and treatment rooms. It will offer pioneering programming to encourage growth, reflection and reconnection.

The existing Westbury Mayfair Hotel will be rebranded as a St. Regis after an extensive $122 million redevelopment.  The hotel is expected to open with 196 elegant rooms and suites.

Hyde Paradox Hotel London City

Opening Date: 2023

Built in 1874. Reborn in 2023. Hyde Paradox Hotel London City is coming soon to the site of the historic Spiers & Pond Hotel. This lavish seven-storey, 110-room property at 15 Old Bailey draws upon a rich and storied past to create a luxurious, bespoke hideaway in the heart of the city.

Upon opening, the seven-story hotel will feature 110 guest rooms, meeting rooms, and two full-service restaurants along with a speakeasy bar; each perfectly curated by Hyde Hotels.


Locke Kensington

Opening Date: June 2023

Situated on the historic Cromwell Road, the hotel is in a neighborhood rich with cultural diversions and is within walking distance of some of London’s most famous museums, including the Design Museum, the Victoria & Albert, and the Natural History Museum.

It is an aparthotel that will comprise 121 apartments, ranging from studios to one- and two-bed open-plan living spaces. The lobby and common areas will be complemented by a bar, restaurant, co-working space, meeting areas, and private gardens.
